Fine art photography on self-poured glass plates of images made with antique cameras.

I mostly use photographic paper instead of the glass plates that would have been used originally in the cameras from c1900.

​

Having tried vintage and bought dry platesI wanted to try pouring my own plates as a pre-cursor to perhaps trying some collodion plates.

​

Using the ISO as very slow 2 I got some success.

​

I bought Foma emulsion from Silverprint.

​

There is something very special today to have an image that is as substantial as a piece of glass rather than an ephemeral digital file.
